Artichoke Bread (picture & recipe) from Vanilla Sugar Blog

I made this last night and holy cow that bread was delicious.  It was a meal for me.

I followed her recipe pretty much except I didn't have any sour cream so I used mascarpone.  Maybe it made it a little richer, not sure?  I should have read her changes at the bottom of the recipe because I would have left off the shredded cheddar cheese like she did.  I think it made it a little too cheesy.

I also did not dip it in anything- just ate it with my pasta!  Yum I want some right now.
