Jake- How was your first day "awesome, my teacher is so nice, the playground is much better than my other school"
Riley- "I love my teacher, she is so funny"
Tanner- "Hewes, isn't that bad. My core teacher is so cool".
So I guess the first day went well for all, here's hoping the rest of the year goes that way!! :)

That is great news, I can't believe Tanner is in middle school - ugh!
Glad the first day went well. Don't worry about the combo class. They usually put the best behaved kids in there so she will learn a lot. I have never had a problem with them.
Middle school, yikes! It will fly by because they are there for only 3 short years. Take it all in!
My kids all survived it too. Even the 2nd grader was pretty blase this year.
