I had big scrapbooking plans for this weekend since M is out of town, I thought I could stay up late and get lots done.....but oh no, I have to get sick. All I feel like doing is laying down under a big, warm blanket drinking hot tea! I hope the kids won't mind that all they are getting for dinner is Mac & cheese!

When did I become so competitive? I get upset when Tanner's teams don't win...why should I be the one upset? Shouldn't Tanner be? Anyway, I have turned into the crazy fan...jumping up and down on the sidelines, whistling...

This was a beautiful hit to centerfield, and there I was on the third base sidelines jumping up & down....I wonder if I embarrass Tanner? He hasn't said anything, but I do know he loves to look over at us and see his "fans" watching...(that would be his grandparents, brother & sister & mom & dad.... )

Happy 7th Birthday!!

Riley had a great birthday party on Sunday...and she got alot of presents, as you can see from all the tissue around her. She was so excited opening all her presents and she loved the clothes she got, she is already a fashion diva at 7!! :) Love you Riley!

Sometimes, I really hate work....it isn't that I hate what I do or even the company I work for, it is the fact that I have to get up everyday and go somewhere when really what I would rather do is stay home. I have taken vacation days during the week and have been able to take the kids to school, pick them up, have dinner prepared, etc etc. And I seem to be so calm and have patience on days like this. I wish I could work part time- but that is never going to happen. So I will plod along at my job...until I retire!

I have most of the day to myself...and here I sit at the computer instead of scrapping or taking a walk or anything else I could do when I have the whole house to myself!! :) M took the kids motorcycle riding, so hopefully I will have a long day to enjoy the peace and quiet...

I don't actually know why I decided to create a blog, I am not stupid enough to believe anyone is interested in what I have to say, but I thought it would be fun to document all of the little, everyday things that happen in our little world. So often I think I will write down all the funny, crazy things the kids say and I never do....this is my way of doing just that...here we go......
